Cancellation policy

Unfortunately late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Our best efforts will be made where possible, or an offer for our next available appointment time.

24 hours’ notice is required to re-schedule your appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or a booking no show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Treatments are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Not applicable on sales.

Courtesy appointment reminders will be sent. Clients that cannot be contacted prior to their appointments will be cancelled.
